BIDDEFORD – India Lowe and Caitlin Albert scored two goals each Monday to lead the University of Southern Maine to a 5-2 field hockey victory over the University of New England.
Albert also had an assist while Heidi Swett added a goal and Brianna Beisaw two assists for the 4-4 Huskies of Gorham. Allison Hill had eight saves and Lyndsey Cronin made six.
Nicole Mace and Cassandra Bushey scored for 2-4 University of New England. Ayla Nelson made eight saves.

Husson 1, Lyndon State 0
At Lyndon Center, Vt., Jeff Truchon scored at 5:49 in the first half off a Mark Trombley assist Saturday to give Husson College the win over Lyndon State College.
Miguel Dominguez made one save on two shots for the Eagles of Bangor.
Jeff Giroux turned away 11 of 25 shots for the Hornets.

At Lyndon Center, Vt., Megan LaJoie scored two goals Saturday as Husson College shut out Lyndon State College.
Shelby Bradford had a goal and an assist for the 8-2 Eagles of Bangor. Katie Nickerson and Lindsay Howard added goals. Tatyana Wolterbeek stopped all five shots.
Natalia Shams made six saves on 34 shots for the 4-4 Lady Hornets.
