HOLDEN – Jeff Young of Gouldsboro used an eight-iron to ace the 190-yard third hole at Felt Brook Golf Center recently. His shot was witnessed by Tom Brenton, Tim Wilbur and Eli Young.

ORONO – Alan Miller nailed a hole-in-one on the 151-yard fourth hole of the Penobscot Valley Country Club Friday. He used an eight-iron for the shot which was witnessed by Rick Ambrose, Jim Maynard and Jim Thomas.

LIMESTONE – Janice Beaulieu of Caribou used a three-wood to ace the par-3, 125-yard sixth hole at the Limestone Country Club Saturday. Dan Lister witnessed the shot.
