MOUNT DESERT – Police have confirmed that the death of a man whose body was found in the woods in the village of Otter Creek was a suicide. The body was found off Grover Avenue the afternoon of Oct. 24 by a hiker, according to police, who said over the weekend that no foul play had been suspected.
