The late Brooke Astor’s Hudson Valley estate in New York is for sale at just under $13 million. The society icon died there at age 105 last year. Built in 1927, the 10,000-square-foot Colonial-style mansion includes an indoor pool, 13 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, six marble fireplaces and an estimated annual tax bill of $199,386. Astor’s apartment on Park Avenue is also for sale. The Daily News recently reported its asking price had been reduced to $34 million.
