Jean-Paul L. Ouellette, 30, Grand Falls, New Brunswick, operating a motor vehicle after it has been placed out of service, $500.

Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor were: Andrew A. Duprey, 20, Presque Isle, 90-day driver’s vehicle license suspension, 48 hours in county jail, $380; Mark D. Michaud, 21, Mapleton, 90-day license suspension, $330; Betty A. Willette, 45, Ashland, 90-day license suspension, $350.

Jerry W. Chambers, 40, failure to yield to motor vehicle in intersection, $150.

Charged with raised motorcycle front wheel off waycq: James D. Cronkhite, 20, Fort Fairfield, $125; and Troy Ladner, 20, Fort Fairfield, $125.

Angela R. Cote, 19, Fort Fairfield, unlawful use of driver’s license, $150; illegal possession of liquor by a minor, $100.

Daniel C. Michalka, 18, Ashland, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 90-day license suspension, $350; failure to stop for police officer, $100; operating motor vehicle without driver’s license, $100.

Howard S. Shorette, 35, Presque Isle, operating a motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicating liquor, six months in county jail with all but 30 days suspended, one-year probation, two-year motor vehicle license suspension, $750; operating motor vehicle beyond driver’s license restriction, $50.

David R. Schools, 26, Bridgewater, allowing minors to consume liquor, $150.

Charged with unnecessary noise with tires were: Anthony C. Couturier, 18, Caribou, 20-day motor vehicle license suspension, $100; Darin L. Wardwell, 21, Mapleton, $150.

Charged with operating a motor vehicle after driver’s license suspension were: Cynthia A. Parady, 31, Fort Fairfield, $100; and Steven P. Field, 25, Peterborough, N.H., $150.

Stephen R. Gudreau, 32, Presque Isle, operating unregistered motor vehicle, $50; failure to stop at red signal, $50.

Charged with imprudent speed: Samuel A. Tompkins, 21, Presque Isle, $100: Mark D. Crowe Jr., 17, Presque Isle, 30-day license suspension, $150.

Bernard H. Stewart, 32, Hartland, New Brunswick, operating a motor vehicle in excess of gross weight limit, $190; operating motor vehicle with tires exceeding 600 pounds per inch and width, $100.

Northern Maine General Hospital, Eagle Lake, towing trailer over 3,000 pounds without brakes, $100.

Stacy C. Craig, 20, Ashland, failure to show proof of insurance, $100.

Joseph L. Levesque, 25, Fort Fairfield, violation of protection from abuse order, $100.

Kathleen Albert, 29, Ashland, negotiating worthless instrument, $100.
