DOVER-FOXCROFT — Tracy Burrill, 22, of Exeter was arrested for disorderly conduct and assault Sunday morning.

Burrill allegedly struck Dover-Foxcroft police officer Bob Alberts in the chest with his fist.

Alberts said he had received a report that Burrill had been bothering some teens standing in the square shortly after midnight Sunday. He said Burrill allegedly attempted to kick a dog they had with them. The dog was on a leash, he said. When Alberts arrived, Burrill allegedly punched him.
