FARMINGTON – Jaime Beaudoin converted on a Gary Marden pass at the first half’s 16:51 mark to send UMaine-Farmington on its way to a 2-0 college men’s soccer win over UMaine-Machias Thursday.

Laughn Berthiaume added a second-half penalty kick to insure the win for the 9-0 Beavers. Goalkeeper Nick Moulton stopped all seven shots he faced.

For the University of Maine-Machias, goalie Pat Lewis made 20 saves on 27 shots.
