WATERVILLE — The Spotlight Event at Colby College Thursday will be “Campaign ’96 Forum for Candidates in the 1st District Congressional Race.”

The forum is scheduled for 11 a.m. in the Page Commons Room of Colby’s student union. The public is invited to attend and admission is free.
