WATERVILLE – Angie Ramos scored 14 points and pulled down 20 rebounds to spark Thomas College to a 61-54 women’s basketball win over the University of Maine-Presque Isle Monday night.

Tee Fecteau paced the Terriers with 16 points and Jen Moore tossed in 15.

For the Owls, Stori Shaw and Keli Daigle scored 13 points each.

At Waterville, the University of Maine-Presque Isle used balanced scoring to gain its second Maine Athletic Conference win in as many games.

Pierre Michaud paced the 4-2 Owls with 14 points and eight rebounds and Matt Casavant added 10.

Tommy Reynolds lead all scorers with 23 points for the 0-3 Terriers, while Brian Heal notched 18 and Tyler Graves added 16.
