GARDINER — A Gardiner man’s death has been ruled accidental.

The medical examiner said Wednesday that autopsy results show Manuel Perez-Mora, 36, died of an accidental head injury, which caused a hemorrhage and a laceration on the scalp.

Perez-Mora’s body was found in his apartment Tuesday. Family members had asked his landlord to check on him after not hearing from him for a few days.
