BROWNVILLE — Sixteen members of the Katahdin Women’s Golf League attended a banquet held Tuesday at the Riversedge Restaurant in Brownville. Acting as hostess was Judy Chase.

After the banquet, golf caricatures were given to each of the golfers present. Members agreed that next year, a membership drive should be undertaken to increase the numbers for the league.

Attending the banquet were Arlene Salsbury, Virginia Foss, Sandra Gray, Barbara Farrar, Jean Bishop, Patricia Russell, Mary Lynn Kazyaka, Deborah Page, Cecilia Harmon, Louise Rhoda, Linda O’Connor, Barbara Crossman, Judy Chase, Doris Chase, Geri Rublee and Janet Brown.
