SEARSPORT – Andrea Blanchard poured in 20 points to lead the Searsport Vikings to a 55-31 schoolgirl basketball victory over the Machias Bulldogs Friday night.

Brittany Smith followed up with eight points for the winners.

Zach Pelletier posted a goal and an assist, while Steve Bruch added a goal. Kyle MacMullin had two assists, and Marc Dostie stopped 13 of 15 shots for Waterville.

David Sawyer and Chris Todd each scored a goal for John Bapst, while Jon Rudnicki, Zach Means, and John Motta each recorded an assist. Dominic Dinardo stopped 37 of the 45 shots he faced for the 2-10-1 Crusaders.
