WATERVILLE – Erin Lovely’s game-high 18 points led the Thomas women’s basketball team to a 48-43 victory over Maine Maritime Academy of Castine Wednesday.
Malorie LeClerc added 14 points and 10 rebounds for the Terriers, while Courtney Corbett contributed 11 rebounds.
Jessica Sawyer led the Mariners with 12 points and eight rebounds. Kate Lawler pulled down 11 rebounds, and Stacey Jones added 10 points.

Peter Pitula chipped in with 24 points and six assists for MMA of Castine. Corey Streams scored nine points and added five rebounds.
Richie Dorney scored 16 points to lead the Terriers. John Kesel and Jimmy Cardaci added 14 and 12 points, respectively. Cardaci had 11 rebounds.
