LEWISTON – Senior first baseman Jason Crepeau hit his eighth and ninth home runs of the season Tuesday, leading the University of Southern Maine to a 16-4 college baseball win over Bates College.

Greg Michaud singled twice, doubled, and tripled to pace the Huskies’ offense that pounded out a season-high 22 hits. Rich Cahill collected four singles.

Drew Blicharz and Jason Coulie each hit solo homers for Bates.
