Christopher T. Giddens, son of Thomas and Nanette Giddens of Oak Bay, New Brunswick, recently enlisted in the U.S. Navy. A 1996 graduate of St. Stephens High School, Giddens enlisted under the delayed entry program. Giddens left in April for basic training at Great Lakes Naval Training Center in North Chicago, Ill. After basic training, he will begin six weeks of training as an aviation ordnanceman.
