SEARSPORT – Sarah Webster held third-seeded Lee Academy to only two runs to lead second-seeded Searsport past the Pandas 9-2 in an Eastern Maine Class C softball semifinal Saturday.
Webster helped herself out by going 3-for-3 with two RBIs, including a triple. Billie Jo Doody knocked in three runs with a double and a single and Jodie Larabee had a double, two singles and one RBI for the Vikings. In addition, Jenn Mace doubled and singled and had an RBI.
Danielle Jipson went 3-for-3 with three singles for Lee Academy. Ashley Beaulieu had two singles and Shanonn Cole doubled in a run.

Narraguagus 10, Penquis 8
At Milo, the Knights of Harrington committed just one error and produced eight runs in the third to earn the win.
Laura Morse, Holly Strout and Meagan Skinner powered the fourth-seeded Knights with three hits in the third where seven walks allowed them to score eight runs.
Morse led Narraguagus with two singles.
Erin Weston had a triple and two doubles for top-seeded Penquis while Alicia Gerrish added two singls.

At North Anson, Lucy Campbell walked and scored the winning run on a wild pitch with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning to lift third-seeded Carrbec past Jay.
Punky Robbins laced two singles for the Cobras. Jess Merry’s two-run double tied the game in the fifth inning.
Sarah Ouellette doubled, singled, drove in a run and scored for Jay. Karyn Labbe hit an RBI single in the first.

At Madison, Tracy Fegan singled to left scoring Maggie Scott and Lauren Deck with the tying and winning runs in the bottom of the ninth to lift top-seeded Madison past fifth-seeded Dirigo.
Erin Alward ripped three singles for Madison. Jen Dawes singled and tripled. Kristi Sayer doubled and singled for Dirigo of Dixfield. Darcy Holland added two singles.

At Oakland, Kate McKay scored the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning when a throw to the plate was late.
McKay hit two singles and doubled in two runs for the No. 2 Eagles. Sarah Lynch doubled and singled and Jen Baker rapped two singles.
Tara Drinkwater smacked two singles and a double for No. 6 Old Town. Jody Kenniston and Kalina Cuarisma had two singles each.

BC Patriots 7, Fort Fairfield 3
At Fort Fairfield, fourth-seeded Bangor Christian strung together a double, two errors and three singles to produce five runs in the top of the fourth inning to defeat top-ranked Fort Fairfield.
Rachel Sage hit a two-run single in the fourth inning for the Patriots. Stephanie Regan pitched a four-hitter and had a double and single. Farrah Carmichael singled twice and drove in a run.
Devin Jewett launched a pair of solo home runs for Fort Fairfield.

Jonesport-Beals 10, Wisdom 1
At Jonesport, Carrie Woodward smashed a bases-loaded double and a single to drive in three runs during an eight-run fourth inning to lead undefeated Jonesport-Beals past third-seeded Wisdom.
Tricia Carver tossed a complete game three-hitter for the No. 2 Royalettes. Lillian Durkee and Sam Stewart each had RBI singles.
Jen Derosier singled twice for the Pioneers and Tracy Guerrette had a triple.
