Work for increased state funding for all levels of public education in Maine from K-12 through higher education and thereby help reduce the burden on local property tax payers.

Support economic development through innovative programs including research and development initiatives which provide high paying, high-tech jobs in Maine.

Promote and increase protection of our natural environment to ensure that future generations will inherit clean air, clean rivers and fertile soil to sustain a growing population with limited natural resources.
