Bethany Anne Blankley has been named deputy press secretary on U.S. Sen. Susan Collins’ staff. Blankley previously worked for former Senate Majority Leader Bob Dole in both his majority office and on his presidential campaign. Most recently, Blankley worked for a Washington research and consulting firm.
James W. Sewall Co. of Old Town has announced that Robert T. Riley has been appointed digital imaging specialist and Daniel L. Long, photogrammetry project manager.
Tom Sefcik has been appointed associate director of Aroostook Mental Health Center. He will work at the central administrative office in Caribou.
Woodard and Curran has announced that Holly Bixby and Christina Gagnon have joined the firm. Bixby, who has 11 years of design and drafting experience, is concentrating on AutoCAD design work for civil, architectural and permitting projects. Gagnon has joined as a team secretary.
Kingfield Bank has announced the promotion of Cindy Spencer to assistant vice president of credit administration. She will manage commercial and retail lending and collections for the bank’s nine branches in central and western Maine.
