The Bangor Parks and Recreation Department will hold a Halloween painting contest at 4 p.m. Friday, Oct. 26, at the Airport Mall for children in grades three through five.

For children in kindergarten through grade two, there will be a Halloween drawing contest with entries displayed at City Hall during the week of Monday, Oct. 29.

Registration forms for both contests are available at the Parks and Recreation Office, at the Bangor Civic Center, 100 Dutton St., and should be completed by Friday, Oct. 19.
