BANGOR — The following indictments were handed up by the Penobscot County grand jury Monday and were omitted from the listings in Tuesday’s Bangor Daily News:

Melissa Kimbal, 23, Anson, also known as Melisa Kimball, theft Class C; failure to appear.

Kevin Lane, 27, Bangor, operating after revocation.

Taylor Mahan, 30, Bangor, possession of firearm by felon.

Robert Miller, 33, Veazie, failure to appear.
