TOPSHAM – The 15-year-old Topsham boy accused of shooting another teen in the face has been arrested.

The suspect was arrested Wednesday. He was being held at the juvenile detention facility in South Portland pending a March 11 hearing that will determine whether he will be held there until his court proceedings or released to his parents, according to Topsham Police Chief Paul Famulari.
