HOULTON – A six-week investing strategies seminar to be taught by Richard Hammond, certified financial planner, will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at the Houlton Higher Education Center.

The seminar, sponsored by SAD 29-70 Adult Education, is designed to assist participants in establishing and applying successful investing strategies in order to select a limited number of stocks, bonds, and other fixed income investments affording a higher degree of growth or value potential.
