SHERMAN STATION — The Northern Maine Regional Planning Commission and the SAD 25 Adult Education Program will conduct a one-day training course on procedures for reviewing municipal subdivisions from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 31, at Katahdin High School.
The program is designed to assist municipal officials and real estate professionals in understanding current procedures for reviewing subdivision proposals.
Participation will be worth six credits toward continuing education for real estate professionals.
The cost will be $25 for NMRPC member communities and $50 for non-members and real estate professionals interested in CED credit.
