MACHIAS – John Bragg, president of Maine Wild Blueberry Co. in Machias and Cherryfield Foods in Cherryfield, will be the featured speaker at the Nov. 3 breakfast meeting of the Machias Bay Area Chamber of Commerce.

Bragg lives in Nova Scotia and owns businesses in both the United States and Canada. He will discuss the leadership role that Maine Wild Blueberry has taken in the industry, the role of the Wild Blueberry Association of North America, and the cooperation between the Canadian and Maine blueberry industries.

The breakfast at the Blue Bird Ranch in Machias begins at 7:30 a.m., and Bragg will speak at 8 a.m..

A $6 registration fee includes a buffet breakfast.
