ELLSWORTH – Ellsworth psychologist Nancy Roberts will present an interactive workshop on managing stress during the holidays. The free workshop will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 30, at the Mill Mall.

The workshop is sponsored by the Maine Coast Memorial Hospital’s Health-Link Wellness Center. The presentation will provide problem-solving techniques to help survive the holidays and taking care of oneself during this stressful time. Call 667-2474 to register.
