MILLINOCKET – A Veterans Service officer from the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management, will be available 9 a.m.-noon Thursday, Dec. 7, at the Millinocket District Court office. The officer will assist veterans, widows and dependents filing for state and federal benefits.
