CUTLER – A public presentation on tax increment financing, known as TIFs, will be given at 6 p.m. Monday, April 8, at the Cutler town office.

A TIF is a tool available to communities to encourage development. Furthermore, a TIF can help shelter future taxable revenues for a town.
