ELLSWORTH – The Down East Family YMCA will host an open house demonstration for QiGong.

The demonstration will be held 7- 8 p.m. Monday, Dec. 18, and 8:30-9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 20, at the Ellsworth Community Center in the Mill Mall.

QiGong is Chinese yoga that allows participants to stretch and move using a holistic technique.
