Robert Pilsbury of Husson College has been named the Webber Energy Maine Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Player of the Week. Pilsbury, a sophomore guard, averaged 30 points per game in a 3-0 week for the Braves.

Jimmy Cardaci, a freshman at Thomas College in Waterville, has been selected the Webber Energy Maine Athletic Conference Men’s Basketball Rookie of the Week. Cardaci averaged 15 points and nine rebounds in two games.

Erin Lovely

Erin Lovely, a forward at Thomas College in Waterville, has been named the Hammond Lumber Maine Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Player of the Week. Lovely, a sophomore, scored 25 points in the Terriers’ victory over Husson.

Liz Boone

Liz Boone of Husson College in Bangor has been chosen as the Hammond Lumber Maine Athletic Conference Women’s Basketball Rookie of the Week. Boone, a freshman forward, averaged 13.5 points in two games.

Adam Farrington

Adam Farrington, a senior co-captain on the University of Southern Maine wrestling team, has been named Wrestler of the Month by New England Intercollegiate Wrestling News for the month of November. Farrington compiled a 9-0 record with six pins in two tournaments.
