Islesboro uses balance to top Searsport by 30

SEARSPORT – All five of the Islesboro Eagles’ 3-pointers came in the second quarter as they rolled to a 17-point halftime lead and a 66-36 schoolboy basketball win over the Searsport Vikings Tuesday night.

Travis Tatro then scored eight of his game-high 17 points in the third quarter to stretch the margin.

John Bolduc and Elek Miller added 14 points each.

Ben Relyea and Pasco Grove topped the Vikings with seven points apiece.
