The Women’s Center of Eastern Maine at Eastern Maine Medical Center will hold an early pregnancy class from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, March 5. The class for those in the first trimester of pregnancy helps expectant parents to adopt healthy habits.

Topics will be gestation, discomforts, danger signs, exercises, emotional aspects of pregnancy, prenatal care, diagnostic tests, relaxation, and nutrition. Cost is $5 per couple. Advance registration is required. Call 945-8111.
