GARDINER – The Maine Athletic Commission, as part of its regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, will conduct a seminar on the promotion of boxing in the state of Maine.

This seminar, to be held in the Gardiner offices of the State Department of Professional and Financial Regulation, will be free to any members of the public who wish to attend. The seminar will be conducted by Commissioner Rufus Candage and Portland promotor Frank Thiboutot.
