The following cases were among those processed March 14 in 1st Maine District Court by Judge Ronald A. Daigle.

Wayne R. Tracy, 36, 6 Newton Ave., Caribou, failture to pay overcollected sales tax, 33 counts, 90 days in jail on each count; failure to pay withheld income tax, 11 counts, 90 days on each count, sentences to be served concurrently.

The following were charged with assault and fined $100: Jason Shelton Barnes, 21, Loring Air Force Base; and James Cray, 18, Washburn. Also charged and fined $150 was Darrell D. Neilander, 50, Caribou.

Charles L. Burns, 25, Caribou, unauthorized use of property, 10 days in jail.

Dana W. Burns, 23, Limestone, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail; escape, 30 days in jail; unauthorized use of property, 30 days in jail, sentences to be served concurrently.

Betsy L. Blaisdale, 18, Fort Fairfield, thefty by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100.

Fred E. Massow, 37, St. Albans, failure to display or obtain fuel-use decal, $250.

Daren T. Wright, 26, Caribou, failure to file notice of accident by quickest means, $250.

The following were charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor:

Hermel I. Beaulieu, 38, Victoria County, New Brunswick, $300, 60-day license suspension.

Charles E. McLaughlin, 52, Caribou, $500, 60 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended, one year probation, one-year license suspension.

Richard T. Shaw, 46, Caribou, $500, seven days in jail, one-year license suspension.

Frederick J. Smart, 29, Caribou, $500, seven days in jail, one-year license suspension.
