NEWPORT – The number of Mainers who participated in SAD 48 music programs over the years is large, as is the number of “music boosters” it took to raise money for the trips Nokomis Regional High School’s award-winning bands have taken.

Stan Buchanan, music director, hopes that current and past members of the bands and boosters will be interested in a cruise planned for adults in April 2003.

A meeting about the trip will be held 7 p.m. May 13 in Room 177 at Nokomis High School.
