A Brewer man was summoned by Bangor police Tuesday night after he allegedly urinated on the sidewalk outside Pepino’s Restaurant on Main Street in Bangor. A man and woman reported to police that they had witnessed 21-year-old Steven Cammack of Allen-A-Dale Court urinating on the sidewalk. Cammack then allegedly turned to expose himself to the woman. Cammack reportedly jumped into a car and the couple followed him in their own car and called police on their cellular phone. Cammack was charged by police when the car in which he was riding stopped at the 7-Eleven convenience store on Broadway. Cammack was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on July 1.

Michael Hall, 18, of Holden and Thomas R. Beckerleg, 28, of 446 North Main St., Brewer, were arrested at 11:30 p.m. Tuesday by Bangor police. Officer Gary Higgins reported that he heard a car with a loud exhaust in the area of Fifth Street. Higgins located the suspect car, but the driver claimed he was not causing a disturbance. A nearby resident approached Higgins and told him the car had been racing up and down the streets. Higgins reported that Hall and Beckerleg began to holler at and threaten the man. Hall was charged with disorderly conduct, and Beckerleg was charged with terrorizing. Both men were taken to Penobscot County Jail.

Shirley Provost, 64, of the Hope House, Bangor, was arrested by Bangor police Wednesday afternoon and charged with disorderly conduct after reportedly standing on Third Street and yelling obscenities. Provost was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on July 12.

Richard M. Blastow, 33, of the Hope House was summoned and arrested by Bangor police Wednesday. Blastow was charged with assault after he allegedly tried to steal returnable bottles from an elderly man and slapped the man in the face. A short time later, Blastow was arrested at the Shop ‘n Save at Third and Union streets, and charged with public indecency after he allegedly urinated in the parking lot. He was taken to Penobscot County Jail and was scheduled to appear in 3rd District Court on July 12.
