GARLAND — A memorial service was held May 17 at the Garland Grange. Deceased members remembered were Vernon B. Packard, Ralph Gallagher, Ellen Towle and Grace Junck. The service was led by Lecturer Nancy Prescott, assisted by Chaplain Lois Dow and Secretary Grace Fernald.

An invitation to the June 13 Music Night at the Sebasticook Grange was read and accepted. There will be an area workshop at the Golden Harvest Grange in Carmel at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 22. Officers and committee members are urged to attend.

The Youth Group was thanked for supplying the Grange with dry wood. It was voted to buy a new breaker box and have repair work done on the electrical system. The next meeting will be June 7. Election of officers will be held. Late refreshments will be served.
