KENDUSKEAG – Ken Wentworth of Bangor shot a hole-in-one Saturday on the 108-yard, par 3 fourth hole at Kenduskeag Valley Golf Course here. Wentworth was using an 8-iron. Witnesses include his partner, Frank Bagley, along with three golfers who observed the shot from a different fairway. They were Bill Olmstead, Jeff Farley and Perry Chabot. It was Kenduskeag’s seventh hole-in-one this year and fourth one the fourth hole.
