The following cases were among those processed Sept. 2 to 6 in 1st District Court by Judge Ronald A. Daigle.

Jonathan Pease, 24, Caribou, assault, six months in jail, suspended, for one year; criminal threatening, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, probation for one year.

Monique Beaulieu, 45, Grand Falls, N.B., theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $100.

Andrew Bouchard, no age given, Fort Kent, operating over interstate road limits, $175, portion of fine suspended was $87.50.

Wayne Cyr, 27, Saint Agatha, purchase or sale of certain fish, $250.

Susan H. Martinez, 29, Monticello, illegal attachments of plates, $125.

Richard R. Soucie, 20, Caribou, operating a motor vehicle after license suspension, 48 hours in jail.

Michael St. Pierre, no age given, Limestone, operating a motor vehicle without adequate brakes on all axels, $100.

Simon Transport, Caribou, operating a motor vehicle exceeding gross weight limit, $220.

Eric Anderson, 19, Hartland, speeding, $125.

Charged with neogitating a worthless intrument were Wanda L. Campbell, 20, Presque Isle, $200, restitution ordered; Roderick W. Collins, 47, Washburn, $100, restitution ordered.

Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor were: Kathy A. Michaud, 36, London, Ontario, $500, 90-day license suspension; Gary E. Phair, 58, Limestone, $300, 48 hours in the county jail and 90-day license suspension.

Charged with criminal mischief were: Russell G. Gagnon, 31, Limestone, $200; and Herbert N. Adams, 32, Caribou, $150, restitution ordered.
