The following criminal cases have been decided in Penobscot County Superior Court in Bangor:

Clinton Getchell, 33, Old Town, acquitted by jury of Class D assault.

Randolph A. Porter, 26, Bangor, habitual offender, failure to give correct name and address, forgery, two counts of false swearing, 90 days each charge, all concurrent.

Benjamin D. Heath Jr., 27, Brewer, eluding officer, operating motor vehicle after license suspension, six months each, concurrent.

Laurie McDonald, 26, Bangor, unlawful possession of cocaine, nine months, all suspended, one year probation on condition that she: receive substance-abuse treatment; abstain from using non-prescribed drugs and alcohol; submit to urine and-or blood testing upon reasonable request of probation officer; submit to search of person and-or residence upon reasonable request of probation officer; receive counseling to include issues pertaining to adult children of alcoholics, victimization and eating disorders; live where probation officer directs.

Wilfred Michaud, 44, Woonsocket, R.I., unlawful sexual contact, two years, stayed pending appeal.
