Lisa A. Kupstas, 36, Brookline, Mass., operating motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $400, three days in jail, license suspended for 90 days.
Michel Marc Bertrand, 35, Montreal, operating motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $350, three days in jail, license suspended for 90 days.
Richard C. Bickford, 19, failure to appear in court, $175.
Scott R. Dublis, 24, Rockport, failure to give notice of accident by quickest means, $150.
Paula J. Phelps, 31, Rockland, operating motor vehicle after license suspension, $150.
Keith A. Ludwig, 29, Hope, failure to give notice of accident by quickest means, $150.
Wayne D. Young, 18, Vinalhaven, operating ATV on public way, $50; operating unregistered ATV, $50.
Mary P. Warren, 51, Vinalhaven, failure to yield to pedestrian in crosswalk, $100.
Robert Gray, 25, Friendship, operating motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $500, 60 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended, probation for one year, license suspended for 90 days; failure to produce proof of insurance, $75.
Brian J. Sawyer, 20, Warren, illegal attachment of registration plates, $75; failure to produce proof of insurance, $50.
Pam Miller, 28, Rockland, criminal mischief, $100, restitution of $40.
Harlan E. MacKenzie, 21, Tenants Harbor, two counts of assault, $200, probation for one year, restitution of $91.99; criminal mischief, $50.
Karen Linscott Gamage, 24, Rockland, disorderly conduct, $100, suspended, probation for three months.

The following cases were disposed of recently in Knox County Superior Court:
Cecil T. Novak, 26, Tenants Harbor, eluding a police officer, 18 months in jail with all but six months and one day suspended. Driving after license suspension, five days in jail.
Aaron J. Harris, 32, Warren, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, terrorizing with a dangerous weapon, five years, with all but 18 months in jail suspended.
