The following cases were disposed of by Judge Ronald A. Daigle in 1st District Court at Madawaska in December:

Allan J. Felton, 20, 298 East Main St., Madawaska, illegal attachment of license plates, S100; failure to display current and valid inspection sticker, $50.

Dean P. Bouchard, 21, RFD 2, Madawaska, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300 and license suspended for 90 days.

Aaron Cyr, 18, St. David, criminal trespass, six months in jail, one-year probation, restitution and 100 hours of community service.

Andrew Bouchard, 30, RFD 2, Fort Kent, speeding, $125.

Allan Gendreau, 32, St. David, operating after suspension, $350, seven days in jail and license suspended for one year.

PRESQUE ISLE

The following cases were among those processed Dec. 31 to Jan. 2 in 2nd District Court in Presque Isle by Judge David B. Griffiths:

Harmon C. Smith, 72, Presque Isle, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, 90-day license suspension, $300.

Thomas Equipment Ltd., Presque Isle, operating without brakes on all axles, $100.
