County grand jury lists indictments

The Penobscot County grand jury returned the following indictments Monday in Penobscot County Superior Court:

Lisa Beatham, 19, Dexter, two counts of theft.

Scott Beatham, 27, Bangor, theft, receiving stolen property.

Lisa Bickmore, 19, Dexter, two count of theft.

Donald Brickett, 19, Somerset County Jail, two counts each of burglary and theft.

Gary Burton, 34, Milford, theft.

Frank Clark, 21, Bangor, receiving stolen property.

David Corbetter, 29, Bangor, theft.

Eugene Cox, 18, Bangor, burglary, theft.

Emilio Dearmas, 25, East Holden, perjury. false swearing.

Archie Ewing, 83, West Enfield, two counts of unlawful sexual contact.

Joey Farnham, 27, Newport, tampering with a witness.

William D. Fitt, 23, Old Town, burglary to a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of property, ancillary theft, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, failure to stop for officer.

Keith Gauthier, 26, Enfield, burglary, theft.

Christopher Hyde, 20, Lincoln, furnishing a Schedule Z drug, two counts of trafficking in a Schedule Z drug.

Freeland Jones, 66, Veazie, three counts of unlawful sexual contact.

Harry Kidder, 19, Newport, criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, terrorizing with a dangerous weapon.

Mark E. McCarthy, 24, Mattawamkeag, furnishing a Schedule W drug.

Craig McGaw, 18, Lincoln, trafficking in a Schedule X drug.

Todd A. Messer, 18, Clifton, three counts of burglary, seven counts of theft, four counts of burglary to a motor vehicle.

Eugene Thomas Metzger, 36, Woodhaven, N.Y., possession of a Schedule Y drug, possession of a Schedule W drug, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Marc Mickle, also known as Phillip Sebring, 33, Bangor, two counts each of burglary and theft.

David J. Moore Jr., 30, Lewiston, being a habitual traffic offender, leaving scene of an accident, in a separate case, being a habitual traffic offender and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

Christopher Perkins, 21, Dover-Foxcroft, burglary to a motor vehicle, theft, criminal mischief, unauthorized use of property.

Arthur Peters, 27, Bangor, burglary, theft.

Peggy L. Priest, 35, Dover-Foxcroft, being a habitual traffic offender, failure to give correct name.

Robert Rice, 23, Bangor, two counts of unlawful sexual contact, seven counts of assault.

Richard Russell, also known as RATcq, 30, Lincoln, two counts of trafficking in Schedule Z drugs.

Timothy Sweden, 20, Brewer, burglary, two counts of theft, ancillary theft.

Steven Tardiff, 30, transient, burglary, theft.

David Ward, 24, Dover-Foxcroft, theft, ancillary theft, assault, operating a motor vehicle after license suspension.

The following were charged with being habitual traffic offenders and operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor:

Carlos Fernandes, 41, Dexter; Brian Garceau, 32, Old Town; Roger T. Linton II, 22, Gardiner; Darin C. Robinson, 20, Thomaston; Carmen D. Spaulding, 30, Bangor.

The following were charged with being habitual traffic offenders:

Raymond Bowman, 23, Augusta; Frank L. Clark IIIcq, 28, Bangor; Robert D. Jackson, 23, Presque Isle; Leo A. Rideout 24, Corinna.
