WASHINGTON — Here is a list of the 184 House members eligible to convert their campaign funds to personal use provided they leave office by January 1993, and the approximate amounts they could convert.

The “grandfather” clause allowing for the conversions allows the lawmakers to convert any excess funds on hand as of Nov. 30, 1989.

The on-hand totals in this table are taken from reports to the Federal Election Commission as of Dec. 31, 1989, a month after the cutoff date.

Several of these members are seeking other offices and may transfer at least some of their House campaign funds to those election efforts, or have already done so.
