Cold Stream Kickers beat Herz Logging

Shon Gilman scored one goal and assisted on another to lead the Cold Stream Kickers of Howland to a 3-1 Central Maine Summer Soccer League High School Division victory over Herz Logging of Brewer here Saturday. Mike Bernard and Jason Leveille had a goal each for the 2-1-0 winners, while Joe Pelletier added an assist. Joey Ouellette scored for 1-2-1 Herz Logging.

Donnell’s downs Bangor

ELLSWORTH – Andy Higgins and Steve Perry each had a hat trick to lead Donnell’s of Ellsworth to a 7-5 win over Bangor in Central Maine Summer Soccer League action here Sunday. For 2-2 Donnell’s, Phillip Buswell scored a goal. For 2-2-1 Bangor, Matt Parke and Kevin Hand each scored twice. George Wright added a goal.

Cold Stream Kickers beat Rockets

EAST SULLIVAN – The Cold Stream Kickers got goals from four differennt players on its way to a 5-3 win, giving Rockets of East Sullivan its first loss of the season in Central Maine Summer League High School Division action Saturday. Jeremy Durost netted two goals while Chad Smith, Jason Leveille, and Andy Weymouth chipped in with a goal apiece. Smith, Leveille, and Ryan Reid all had assists. Absolute Soccer downs Hampden

At Bangor, Ian Semba and Mike Jeffrey each scored two goals to lead Absolute Soccer of Bangor to a 5-2 Central Maine Summer Soccer League win over Hampden Sunday. For 3-0-2 Absolute, Don Erb had the other goal. Assists went to Mike McGuire, Mark Hundhammer, and Joe Guellette. For 2-2-2 Hampden, Don Lawrence and Corey Crocker each scored a goal. Amos White and Al Barton each had an assist.

Jasmine’s shuts out Hampden

ORONO – David Mountcastle scored twice to help give host Jasmine’s a 5-0 win over Hampden in CMSSL action here Sunday. Mike Inman, Nathan Garwood, and Kevin Campbell each scored a goal for 3-1 Jasmine’s. Jeff Craig and Aaron AsieBlanc was the goalie.
