DEXTER – Zita Maloon singled twice and doubled to help give the Dexter Tigers an 11-6 schoolgirl softball win over the Foxcroft Academy Ponies here Friday.

Stephanie Simpson added two singles and a double for the 7-6 Tigers. Maloon also drove in two runs.

For the Ponies, now 3-7, Alison Durham singled twice and knocked in two runs and Merrie Bigelow added two singles.
