Michael A. Hutchinson, 20, Stockton Springs, acquiring drugs by deception, jail 10 days; violating condition of release, jail 10 days; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, jail 30 days; criminal trespass, jail nine months, all but 30 days suspended, probation one year, restitution $250.

Daniel E. Joy, 19, Rockland, assault, jail 60 days all suspended, probation one year.

Randall W. Moody, 42, Monroe, operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicants; failing to make oral or written accident report; both counts to jury trial.

Donald Mooney, 36, Palermo, manslaughter, transferred to Superior Court.

Robbins Lumber Inc., Searsmont, failure to register vehicle, $100.

Barbara E. Warren, 26, Bucksport, possession of drug paraphernalia, $100.
