He will address the Portland Committee on Foreign Relations later Tuesday.

On Wednesday, Andreani and his wife, Donatella, will drive to Augusta for a reception by Speaker of the House John L. Martin and Senate President Charles L. Pray, at the State Capitol, then will meet Gov. John McKernan and leaders of the Maine business community during a luncheon with McKernan at the Blaine House.
