The Democrats here also recognized his greatness and knew they had no one close to his caliber.

Their strategy became quite clear.

The Democratic politicians are trying desperately to blame the recession on George Bush, while the Democrat-controlled Congress has been quite successful in blocking every attempt he has made to help the economy.
