Justice Bruce W. Chandler handed down the following sentence in Waldo County Superior Court this week:

Ricky J. Bragg, 32, China, attempting to elude officer, 60 days in jail; operating while under the influence of intoxicating liquor, $300, license suspended 90 days; night hunting, concurrent five-day jail sentence.
