PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard Jan. 12-13 in 2nd District Court at Presque Isle by Judge David B. Griffiths.

Charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor were: Ricky A. Hickox, 33, Fort Fairfield, 30 days in jail, two-year license suspension, $750; and Edwin H. Bauzenberger, 23, Seeley Lake, Mont., 90-day license suspension, $300.

Joseph P. Hayes, 31, Bangor, disorderly conduct, 28 days in jail; criminal trespass, 28 days in jail; and refusing to sign criminal summons, 28 days in jail. Jail sentences to be served concurrently.

Keith S. Antworth, 23, Presque Isle, assault, 30 days in jail.

John A. Lark, 43, Wilkes Barre, Pa., failure to maintain current log book, $100.

James C. Oliver, 26, North Amity, operating without Maine state police operating authority, $100.
